Hes going to jail now after sentencing today, but the lawsuits have just begun in this case because tomorrows are convinced there are many more victims out there. In court today muehlhauser admitted to video peeping at his restaurant the rams head tavern. He was busted when a hidden camera fell to the floor right in front of one of the victims. She took the camera to police. Today a plea bargain this netted him two partially suspended two year prison sentences. Hell do 90 days in the Howard County jail and do all the time if he violates the conditions of his release, but heres what else prosecutor Joanna Miller revealed today. The governor wants tougher background checks. Hewants people to provide fingerprints to the police before theyre able to buy a gun in maryland. He also wants a hands on Training Course before you can buy a gun in maryland. Today the committee knocked that down to a four hour course and lowered the price on that. Thebig part of the debate was about keeping mentally ill people from being able to buy guns whether theyve voluntarily committed themselves or involuntarily committed. The storm dumped a foot of snow in wichita kansas. In omaha, nebraska, near whiteout conditions make for dangerous roadways. Two people have died on the roads in the storm so far. The worst of it will miss us here. Bob is tracking the storm. Kansas city got this close to setting an alltime record with 14inches of with 14 inches of snow. Its all snow in chicago, des moines, milwaukee. The precipitation by the time it reach us will be a lot weaker. We expect to see a mix in the afternoon.
