WORCESTER — The College of the Holy Cross received a $23.5 million donation from a former member of its board of trustees and longtime benefactor, the largest estate gift in the college’s history. Agnes Neill Williams bequeathed the money to Holy Cross in her will when she died last March at 89, according to the school. The school announced the donation Friday.
