reform they could run into trouble down in the commonwealth of virginia. the state assembly gave final approval to a bill that makes it illegal for the government to require individuals to purchase health insurance. even though democrats control the virginia senate, five democrats crossed party lines to vote for this bill which the governor says he plans to sign. the obvious intent of the legislation was the state government saying to the united states congress saying if you have a provision mandating that virginia is required under federal law to buy health insurance, we object to that. megyn: virginia is just first state to pass legislation bang the individual mandate. but 34 other states are states e considering similar bills. every one were is asking what did nancy pelosi know about
