The ten areas where house prices soared by more than 15 per cent.
The suburb which saw the highest price rise was Lady Wood & Oakwood, which saw average prices go from £246,655 to £323,527 from September 2019 to September 2020.
This is an increase of 31.7 per cent in just one year.
Branch Manager for Dacre, Son & Hartley North Leeds office, Emma Winterhalder, said: Roundhay prices are pushing people to look at different suburbs nearby that also allow them to still be close to the city but with green space a short walk away. Oakwood is perfect for people who couldn t necessarily afford to live in Roundhay but want to be in that area, so it has become a bit of an extended suburb to Roundhay.

Many residents in Whitleigh have continually asked why the area they live is missed off of the coronavirus cluster map figures.
The Government releases data including new positive coronavirus cases for Plymouth every day, with the coronavirus cluster map showing which areas across the city have had three or more cases in one seven-day-period.
Plymouth has been split into 32 Middle Layer Super Output Areas [MSOA], which means some parts of the city may be split into other areas across the city.
Spatio-temporal two-stage models for environmental health studies Novel big data resources offer exceptional opportunities for environmental research, allowing linkage of health data with high-resolution exposure measurements in large populations and study areas. However, this new setting presents important analytical and computational issues, including: (i) issues in modelling potentially complex associations varying over spatial and temporal units; (ii) consideration of confounders and effect modifiers measured at different geographical levels; (iii) the exceptional computational burden of performing analyses spanning entire countries and several decades.
In this contribution, we present a novel spatio-temporal two-stage design to perform small-area analyses in environment-health epidemiological investigations. This framework will be illustrated in a small-area analysis of temperature-mortality associations using data collected in 34,753 Lower Layer Super Output Areas
