PANO – On November 7, a welcoming ceremony, chaired by Chief-of-staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Lieutenant General Bartolome Vicente Bacarro, was held for Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General
