All lanes of the boulevard are back open tonight after a water main break this morning shut it down for more than 12 hours. Hectic all the roads were packed. We were late getting to work. Serve turning off to get off the road. Reporter it happened just after 6 00 this morning. 18inch water main blue out forcing crews to shut down all 12 lanes between red lion and grant avenue.
