Michigan's million-dollar verdicts and settlements for 2022
In a normal year, roughly 10-15 verdicts of $1 million or more are reported to us. Seven verdicts were reported to MiLW in 2021. While that was a large increase from 2020, which saw one verdict reported, 2021’s numbers fell short of the 14 million-dollar plus verdicts that made our annual list in 2019. How do 2022’s numbers stack up?
