Ekiti State Governor, Dr Kayode Fayemi, has began moves to revive the culture of reading and learning among young students in the state .
This according to him will improve their knowledge and academic performance.
The Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Student’s Matters, Mr Olalekan Soyombo, said the governor had approved the formation of Ekiti State Spelling, Reading and Learning Club in all the secondary schools of the state.
Soyombo, in a statment said the initiative was among efforts of the governor in his quest to promote literacy and increase knowledge among Ekiti students.
