Lebanon County officials plan to open a home on North 12th Street in the city to house transition-aged youths 18-24 with mental health disabilities and who have a history of substance abuse.
At Thursday's meeting, the Lebanon County Commissioners unanimously agreed to approve the Lebanon County Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities/Early Intervention Program's request to enter a 21-month contract with the Panto Group.
