The Minneapolis Institute of Art is showcasing Native photography with the “In Our Hands: Native Photography, 1890 to Now” exhibition opening October 21.
After a ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon Sept. 22, the Gorman Museum of Native American Art, long focused on contemporary American Indian art and marking its 50th anniversary, will open to the public at 2 p.m.
