不到半年，两家店铺接连倒闭
年后，盛女士忙于照顾孩子，直到今年的6月份才去过一次位于台东长春路的美容店。7月19日，想再次光顾的盛女士一打电话，却发现事情不对劲。“打电话就怎么也不接了，再去就没有人了。店门上贴着房屋出租，电话打过去房东说老板跑路了。”盛女士告诉记者，自己没有注意过两家店的营业执照，“谁能想到那么大一个店面，老板说跑就跑了。”
维权艰难，消费者多方求助无果
“打12345没有人接，说让我关注微信公众号。”盛女士说自己关注公众号后填写了投诉内容和诉求，但至今没有收到回复。“12315也打了好几遍了，我这没办法了才想起你们来了。我想着应该有很多客户（被骗）吧，不可能说都做完了。”维权艰难，盛女士无奈拨打了半岛热线，希望媒体帮着解决问题。
