58同城CEO姚劲波还对当下的就业形势对生活服务业招聘需求进行分析，他表示2021年上半年整体就业形势总体稳定，但结构性矛盾依然凸显，58同城会持续为企业雇主和求职者提供招聘服务，通过更加专业的产品优化服务体验，提高招聘效率。
姚劲波介绍，今年超职季58同城联合了近500万家企业、覆盖全国300多个城市、提供超过3000万个优质岗位，7月5日当天，超职季首日连接量周环比涨幅31%，直播观看人次涨幅1.9倍。
58同城副总裁李子健表示，58同城到家精选从平台百万商家中甄选1万余名商家，为超过400万家庭服务。此次潮流工装会先装备给58同城到家精选的劳动者，“之所以将目光瞄准工装，是因为工装不仅连接了企业与用户，也连接了每个职业与其背后的“社会标签”，让每一个打工人，被看到、被关注、被尊重。”
