Educators are considered frontliners and encouraged to support the government’s vaccination programme.
Abu Dhabi private school teachers, administrative staff and their families on Sunday received the Covid-19 vaccine at their respective schools as part of the nationwide vaccination campaign to protect the UAE community from the ongoing pandemic.
The one-day vaccination programme was arranged by Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (Adek) in coordination with Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (Seha) and the Ministry of Health and Prevention (Mohap). Health workers visited various schools to vaccinate the educators.

Mangaluru, Dec 23: Wilson Christopher D Souza, from Kulshekar, bagged the runners up position in Mr, Mrs, Miss Elixir India 2020 beauty pageant held at Goldfinch Retreat, Bengaluru.
The pageant was organized by Elixir World Productions House, one of the country s most esteemed national pageant houses. In the event, Wilson also won the title of ‘Perfect Body.’
After getting a warm reception at Mangaluru airport by family members and friends, speaking about his win Wilson said, “A few months back I noticed an advertisement for the Elixir beauty pageant. After discussing with my parents and friends I decided to audition for the pageant. I was surprised when I got selected for the final rounds. After that, I focused on winning the title.
