KUALA LUMPUR: Investors holding shares in Leong Hup International Bhd held their ground on Monday despite allegations that the group's feedmill business had participated in anti-competitive price-fixing practices with industry peers in raising the price of poultry feed between early 2020 and mid-2022.

KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 5): Leong Hup International Bhd and PPB Group Bhd said Malaysia Competition Commission's allegations that their subsidiaries were involved in price-fixing practices involving poultry feed are without merit, and that they will respond to the MyCC within the stipulated time to defend their subsidiaries against these allegations.
