I think that the talent is it comes down to leadership. As you look at these guys, it took decades to emerge as leaders, and eventually they became public figures. That said, in any of the societies, if theres true leaders with the credibility to take their country forward, technology can find them, so in that sense, theres a level playing field, but you cant overnight.
