Mangaluru International Airport (MIA) has received level three Airport Customer Experience Accreditation from the Airports Council International (ACI). This accreditation recognises the commitment of the airport to continuing customer experience improvement. The airport had received the level 2 accreditation in Dec 2022. Mangaluru International Airport is the first airport in India under the 5 million passenger category, to reach this coveted milestone, the airport spokesperson said.
