Hilary Duff Has Cotton Candy Blue Hair Now Allure 2/20/2021 Well, folks, Hilary Duff is officially a blue-haired woman again. As some will remember, the 33-year-old Younger actor experimented with the bold hue back in April of last year, when quarantine was still in full effect and salons everywhere were shut down. Eventually, it washed out and she went back to her signature sunny blonde color until now, that is. Now Duff is sporting a vibrant cotton candy blue shade, all thanks to her longtime hairstylists, Nikki Lee and Riawna Capri of Nine Zero One Salon in Los Angeles. The former Disney darling revealed her new look on Friday evening via an Instagram slideshow with a caption about needing a change once she got back from filming in New York.
