More than a year later after first being nominated, Foothill High s Josh Hill will finally be presented with an Alameda County Teacher of the Year award during a special ceremony honoring more than a dozen Bay Area educators next week.
Lilia Tsui, who teaches English at Dublin, works with those who need help understanding the local school system. This year, she also worked with the community to launch “Voces con
