Interim disqualification until dealt with. MICHAEL ROBERT LAWRENCE, 48, of Pound Street, Southampton. Proved guilty under the single justice procedure of driving without insurance. Disqualified for six months and fined £276. Ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. ROBERT JAMES LOCKYER, 52, of Limekiln Farm, Penallt, Monmouth. Proved guilty in absence of driving without insurance. Fined £440 and driving record endorsed with six points. Ordered to pay £44 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. MATTHEW PAUL BEDWELL, 28, of no fixed address. Admitted breaching a suspended sentence order. Suspended sentence order extended from four months to six months.
