Denver, N.C. Man Arrested On Child Sex Charges

34-year-old Austin Jade Tucker of American Way, Denver, N.C., was arrested Saturday (April 3) by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Officers. He’s charged with two counts apiece of felony indecent liberties with a child and child abuse by sexual act. Tucker is also charged with felony statutory sex offense with a child.
The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office received a report from the Lincoln County Department of Social Services of a sexual assault that occurred between January 1, 2019 and February 25, 2021. The juvenile victims, who were known by the suspect, were interviewed at the Lincoln County Child Advocacy Center where they disclosed the incidents.
