The School Received a tip, one of their students could potentially bring a weapon to school. According to the district director of communications alison benson. The weapon wasnot loaded. Benson says when the student arrived on campus. School Staff Members immediately detained the student and confiscated the weapon. Benson added, quote we are very thankful that in this case someone who saw something or heard something, id something, allowing us to quickly take action.
