Kansas Ave. Teresa Fisher will remain the director of the health department after the Shawnee County commissioners voted to make her interim role more permanent. Popular Searches Fisher was the Family Health Services division manager before stepping into the interim director position in November. Fisher replaced outgoing health department director Linda Ochs who retired last Fall. Ochs said Fisher was one of the division managers capable of replacing her.
