Winnipeg's Pembina Trails School Division told parents it's adjusting start and end times at some of its schools in 2023/2024 in an effort to deal with increasing enrolment, a shortage of bus drivers and constraints on its bus fleet. The move isn't sitting well with some parents who worry it will be disruptive for families.
