This account sees more than 10 million of the cash 30 year and america has gone on to lend that cash to Energy Transfer partners and they are offered in the Dakota Access pipeline. We are here today to ask the board of supervisors to pass an ordinance for america and other transfer partners. Santa monica and davis have all done this and we can be the second major city after seattle to do so.
