They say it was a road rage incident. Patricia Torres says her 36-year-old brother-in-law was driving a white Mercedes-Benz alone in the vicinity of Northwest 79th Street near 24th Avenue. Police say the driver of a blue Nissan became enraged after he felt he was cut off by the Mercedes. Torres’ relative was shot in the leg after the gunman in the blue car rolled up alongside, investigators say.
