Bella Rose Food Truck & Catering will be serving food outside Little Spuds Pierogi Company located at 877 Justus Blvd., Scott, for Food Truck Friday, which will be every Friday starting May 14 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. On Saturday, May 22, and Sunday, May 23, they will make pigs in a blanket at Ss. Cyril and Methodius Ukrainian Catholic Church.

Tom Hannick and his mother Debra Lee, both residents of Clarks Summit, teamed up to start their own mobile food business called Bella Rose Food Truck & Catering. It is named after Tom’s daughter, Isabella Rose, who will turn one year old on May 8.
