George Stefanic fondly remembers the days when the Croatian Hall in Schumacher was bustling and packed to the rafters every weekend, and as the treasurer of Croatian Society Schumacher, he is aiming to make sure future generations have the opportunity to have similar experiences.

INDIANAPOLIS First, she went to see him. The cemetery was Sadie Smith s early morning start to a day she wasn t sure she would be able to get through.
She went to spend time with Chase on their first wedding anniversary, to tell him what he meant to her, how now that he is gone, her heart feels empty and full at the same time. I told Chase how much I loved him and missed him this morning, Sadie, 19, said Thursday night. I know this is not goodbye. It is see you later because we will meet again and I will run and jump into his arms. In the meantime, he is still with me, always.
