As you can imagine its a little chaotic during the evacuation, you know, there were some folks that were evacuated out to west chester university, some folks frankly family they went home with family so were still trying to account for everybody. In two minutes it was engulfed in flames. Reporter the call in just before 10 30. Running backing in right into the fire at that time it was raging. Reporter but knew they couldnt do it alone so he and his neighbors ran into the burning building to help. Instead of waiting i just went in, myself and other people just were going in the building, we were getting people out.
