Minor flooding especially in southern Cape May County. National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Warning until 8 15 a. M. Two to four inches of rain has fallen. Theres street flooding reported down here, reid reeds beach, villas, the point is okay. Sea isle, avalon, strathmere all involved in the Flash Flood Warning. For the next hour and 15 minutes youre under the gun there. Surf city reporting light rain, same thing with Atlantic City. The bulk of this is out to sea. Most of south jersey is beginning to clear, at least the rain has stopped. Were seeing cloudy conditions and leftover drizzle. Nothing more than that, maybe one or two showers north and west. Ill tell you the Lehigh Valley and areas north of the pennsylvania turnpike missed out on this, allentown has not reported a single drop from the system. Some locations north of the pennsylvania turnpike perhaps a quarter inch of rain with this thats about it. The secondary part of the storm or upper level feature will be diving

The worst of the rain isnt threatening the neighborhoods now. Some showers could pop up this evening. And roads are still wet. This is a live look in wilmington. There is still a fairly large area of light rain over philadelphia area and northern delaware and parts of south jersey. One little area of heavier rain just south moving straight to the east. Thats not in the area that got hit hardest. Heaviest rain off of cape may, off of delaware beaches and it is gone. Its not coming back. There still are flood advisories across a good bit of south jersey and delaware and that will continue for the next several hours because of the rain that has just been so much of it.
