Updated numbers. 157 people have tested positive for coronavirus. Thats up 24 from yesterday. Two people have now died. One in Santa Clara County. And one in placer county. The state is monitoring 10,300 people who came into california on evacuation flights. This afternoon, Contra Costa County joined other bay area counties and declared a state of emergency saying that the virus appears to be circulating in the community. Contra Costa Health Services and public recommend that Large Community events be postponed or canceled. That means gatherings where 50 or more people would be within arms reach of each other.
