And the big story on action news is the investigation into the shooting of a man by a Philadelphia Police officer. The man was killed driving a minivan in overbrook last night. Now investigators are trying to figure out if the shooting was justified. Reporter we are waiting for a new update from police but what we foe is four shots were fired by a police officer. And the gun fire killed the man driving the minivan. They saw the minivan and called because they thought it was suspicious and maybe casing the neighborhood. Marked cruisers and officers were in uniform and four of them were at the scene. It all unfolded here at the intersection of lancaster and overbrook.
