llp: Spike in LLP registration, record company float signal optimism about economy
Limited liability partnerships (LLPs) in India increased by 54% in the first three quarters of FY24, outpacing a 4% rise in company registrations. The rise is attributed to the robust prospects of services exports, which have held up despite faltering goods shipments due to a global growth slowdown. Domestic services trade has also rebounded this fiscal.
