GEORGE TOWN: A compound notice will be issued to Kedah Mentri Besar Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor for violating standard operating procedures (SOP) when he visited a car showroom in Juru in June.
Penang police chief Comm Datuk Mohd Shuhaily Mohd Zain said the instruction came from the state public prosecutor s office. The directive will be conveyed to the Mentri Besar s office soon and further details will be given later. An official statement will be issued by the state police headquarters after he receives the compound notice, he said.
