Local Service Center for Flood Victims at Spring Valley Library

The County of San Diego - Government invites flood victims to visit the Spring Valley Library - SDCL as it serves as a Local Service Center for Flood Victims of the recent winter storm. The library is located at 836 Kempton Street, Spring Valley, CA 91977 and will be closed for regular library services during this time: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Wednesday, January 29 - 31Visit nearby Casa de Oro Library for full library services at 9805 Campo Road, #180, Spring Valley, CA 91977.
