All i can say is some people are just. He jerks. You see a hot air balloon as it starts to ascend into the air. It has things attached to it. You see people down below on the ground looking up to see whats going on. Theres smoke now. Thats not good. And then this happens. Is that intentional . Yes. Thats what you saw hanging down from the hot air balloon. At this point the video starts to get shaky because you see those gathered around start to run. You cant really tell if theyre laughing or whimpering because those fireworks are now popping off. The level of stupidity is mindblowing. One, taking fireworks up with a hot air balloon that could have been pierced or burned and now launching these into a neighborhood where they could easily start fire and destroy homes like that is just so irresponsible.
