LoopUp Group PLC confirms Mike Reynolds as non-executive chairman

LoopUp Group PLC (LON:LOOP) confirmed that Mike Reynolds has been appointed non-executive chairman of the company on a permanent basis.
He had been a non-executive director since 2012 and chairman before the company s 2016 IPO as well as acting chairman since September 2020.
The company said it has developed significantly in terms of its client proposition, its geographic reach and its resilience as a business under his directorship.
Reynolds said: 2020 sadly marked the loss of our Chairman, Lady Barbara Judge, who died from pancreatic cancer in September. The group benefitted hugely from her stewardship, her wealth of experience and the calm guidance she brought to us, and she is missed by us all.
