Facebook just bought another VR game developer, and this time it's the maker of 'Population: One,' a popular VR battle royale game.

Population: One is the best battle royale in VR, and now its developer BigBox VR is becoming part of Oculus Studios to further help with development of the game.

It's the fifth VR studio Facebook has bought.

BigBox VR, makers of the hit battle royale VR title Population: One, will be joining Oculus Studios, Facebook announced on Friday. It’s Facebook’s latest acquisition of a hit VR developer.

Oculus has a new first-party developer under its wing, as the company has just acquired Downpour Interactive – the studio responsible for popular VR shooter, Onward.
