SummitStone Health Partners shared data with Larimer County Commissioners Tuesday morning indicating early successes at the new behavioral health center, Longview Campus. 

The Longview Campus, an acute care facility located between Loveland and Fort Collins and owned by Larimer County that aims to address needs like withdrawal management and mental health crises, began admitting clients earlier this month.

The facility, which will be operated by SummitStone Health Partners who will work in collaboration with area hospitals and outpatient behavioral health providers, is meant to serve as a single location for a variety of mental health crises, according to previous reporting. The building houses its own pharmacy, therapy rooms, a full withdrawal management — or detox — wing, a full-service kitchen and a docking bay for ambulances and law enforcement dropping patients off. 

For the last ten years, Family Nurse Practitioner Lena Belleau has been serving patients at Estes Park Health in several capacities.
