Christian County Fiscal Court met in person Tuesday morning for the first time since the county was considered to be in the COVID-19 positivity red zone.
The court met with members socially distanced from each other, wearing masks and with a limit of 50 people allowed inside in its chambers as magistrates considered several items on the courtâs agenda.
The first item of official business the court considered was the purchase of a parcel of land located behind the Christian County Sheriffâs Public Safety Building.
Christian County Attorney John Soyars explained where the property was and the purpose of purchasing it.
