A Thoughtfully Renovated 1920s Home Seeks $1.5M in Los Angeles
Perched on a lush lot that spans nearly half an acre, the four-bedroom residence features multiple outdoor living spaces and a bonus turnkey unit.
A 1,580-square-foot residence in Los Angeles’s Glassell Park neighborhood boasts both space and style thanks to the hard work of the current owners, who treated the 1920s home to a top-down renovation after purchasing the property in 2017.
Located in Los Angeles’s Glassell Park neighborhood, the renovated home sits on a spacious lot with terraced landscaping and several outdoor living spaces. We were a young and growing family when we moved in, so our first updates to the home took place in between nap times, explains Stacey Lee, who owns the dwelling with her partner, Anthony Mathile. One of the first tasks on the duo’s checklist was to redesign the home’s layout.
