CMLL brought back a lucha libre legend to headline the Arena Mexico 65th Anniversary PPV special event last night (Apr. 24, 2021). Atlantis jammed in trios action, Los Nuevos Ingobernables competed for tag team gold, and new trios champions were crowned. Let’s check out the highlights.
Atlantis took center stage alongside Volador Jr. & Euforia in the main event against Barbaro Cavernario, Gran Guerrero, & Ultimo Guerrero. This was Atlantis’ first match since November 2, 2019. The 58-yeard-old lucha libre legend shined bright in the end.
