The free Saturday festival on Adams Avenue will feature 70 bands and solo artists, including singer-songwriters Jack Tempchin, Gregory Page and Sara Petite, plus a duo featuring Chris Torres and Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers' alum Ron Blair.
The 2024 Adams Avenue Unplugged will feature more than 60-plus artists performing in 20 venues along a two-mile stretch of Adams Avenue from University Heights to Kensington. This year's music walkabout will feature a special concert by California Guitar Trio on Saturday evening. (ticketed $25 concert). Also headlining will be Rock & Roll Hall of Famer and Tom Petty bassist Ron Blair and Chris Torres, and Grammy Award winner Jack Tempchin. In addition to the superb music, there will be a special showing of "Recordially Yours, Lou Curtiss, a Film by Yale Strom," on Friday evening at the Adams Avenue Theater.
