POTSDAM — The parents of a SUNY Potsdam student gunned down Friday just off campus say she was likely “a random victim in the wrong place at the wrong time,”

POTSDAM — SUNY Potsdam will mark the life and legacy of its late Officer-in-Charge John L. Graham, with a series of special events and commemorations this week.

Dr. John Graham had been the college’s Officer-in-Charge for only a few months when he died unexpectedly late last month.
