The suspect was planning to burn the evidence before being confronted by officers. It started about 11 am on Christmas Day when to police thought two Police Officers saw a man acting suspiciously. The truck had a broken window and sources say the man, 27 yearold charles getting was carrying a gasoline container. They learned he was on probation for burglary, and drug possession and were about to search and. We asked him to search put his hands on his head and he produced a weapon out of his waistband. He fired several times, hitting a five year veteran in the arm. Hes been shot in the arm. Reporter the second officer returned fire, returning hitting the suspect. He is expected to survive. The investigation into the shootout then turned into a homicide probe when police returned to the uhaul truck the man had been pushing and they found the body of 40 will Jason Anderson in the bed of the truck. He had been shot and wrapped in a tarp and hidden under trash. Sources tell us they believe
