The Greater Cleveland Automobile Dealers' Association on Tuesday, May 3, reported that more than 250 franchised dealers in 21 counties in the region sold 16,938 new vehicles in April, down 34% from sales of 25,667 in the like month of 2021. Supply remains 'unable to keep up with consumer demand,' the association said.
Sales in the 21-county area were down 19.6% last month from March 2021. 'You can't sell what you don't have on the ground,' the president of the Greater Cleveland Automobile Dealers' Association said.
