Take a closer look at the radar. Notice where we have the rain. Raining boston, southward, even worcester, youre dry. Rain is to the west and to the north and its going to continue to kind of move in this axis over the next couple of hours. So where it is raining here across Southern New Hampshire, it has been raining hard. Weve actually seen some embedded thunderstorms as well, but the radar clear of any lightning right now. You can see, though, these heavy downpours around the orange area and just east. So this is shifting up towar were talking about rainfall rates on the order of an inch, maybe two inches per hour. It doesnt sit over you that long, but can produce localized flooding. We have a flood advisory out this way for the next couple of hours or so. Keep that in mind. This is all moving along a frontal boundary taking its time moving through. You see how were reloading back through eastern pennsylvania . Thats going to move in our direction as we get toward midday and into th
Thing called the doc fix passed, s. G. R. Passed this body last night in a very bipartisan way. After a series of amendments and an open floor amendment. Thats whats supposed to has been around here. One of the reasons that i mention that is that ive always said that if you cant see a doctor you dont have insurance at all. And with the way that weve been setting up medicare payments for doctors, weve been driving them out of the profession. Weve been eliminating doctors. Weve been having doctors tell their kids dont become a doctor because of what congress is doing and holding them hostage every six months. That got taken care of last night. I dont know; weve been doing that for i think about 18 years just a step at a time. And so its nice that we are finally able to make that permanent and have the doctors see somewhere to go. Now i mentioned that that was medicare. This is the first budget that the republicans have gotten to participate in in many years. But the democrats got to work

A very solemn public tribute to a son. The body of the late reverend Clementa Pinckney is lying in the State Capitol rotunda. People loved him here and are going to miss him a lot. A black drape blocking the view of the flag outside. What began as a push to remove one flag has grown to a national movement. Alabama just removed its Confederate Flag from the state capital grounds. In mississippi, the republican speaker of the house called for the emblem to be removed from his states flag. Our future as a nation has been changed. South carolina senator tim scott introduced a resolution honoring all nine victims. One of the victims sons said with great enthusiasm this evil attack would lead to reconciliation, restoration and unity in our nation. Those were powerful words.
