Ben Freeman has joined the cast of EastEnders .
The former Emmerdale actor will star in the BBC One soap as Caleb, a mysterious associate of Chelsea Fox (Zaraah Abrahams). EastEnders viewers recently found out that Chelsea s forgiveness for her serial killer father Lucas Johnson (Don Gilet) is only an act and she is determined to make him pay for his crimes.
Chelsea was the one who organised a recent beating on Lucas which left the murder battered and bruised.
Future episodes will see Chelsea meet up with Caleb, a blast from her past who will shine a light on what she has been up to in her absence from Albert Square.
