A KNOWN critic of Cebu Gov. Gwendolyn Garcia, Dr. Rowena Burden, was again indicted on five more counts of cyber libel for alleged “malicious” statements against the governor.
Dr. Rowena Burden, who earlier announced that she will be running for Cebu governor in 2025, was indicted for three counts of cyberlibel following her alleged “malicious” tirades against Governor Gwendolyn Garcia.
