The Elites Network for Sustainable Development (ENetSuD) says it has carefully studied the proposed amendment bill on the Kwara State Local Government Electoral Law that was recently sent to the Kwara State House of Assembly (KWHA) by Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq.
