Russian officials reported attacks on energy facilities

All facilities used by Russia for military purposes may be subject to attacks similar to the one that took place overnight, Andriy Yusov, a representative of Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence (HUR), told Radio Liberty on March 12.

A Russian military transport plane with 15 people on board crashed on Tuesday while taking off from an air base in western Russia, the Defence Ministry said.
